Return and Refund Policy

At HoopJersey.com, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please include a note in the box describing the nature of the return and your order number to expedite the process. We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges for up to 5 days from the date of fulfillment for unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and non-modified merchandise. Please note that all merchandise must remain in its original packaging, including all tags.

Please make sure to postmark your return or exchange no later than 5 days after the order fulfillment date. If your purchase includes a special release item, preowned, or vintage jersey, or any product marked as final sale, it is non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than receiving a wrong item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is being returned due to an error on our part. If we fulfill your order incorrectly, we will cover all costs associated with rectifying the situation. Please note that this clause applies only to US and Canada customers. International customers must ship the erroneous order or product to our facility, at which point a return, exchange, or fulfillment will be facilitated, including reimbursement for return shipping on a case-by-case basis.

Please send us an email administration@hoopjersey.com, to initiate a return or contact a Hoop Jersey associate prior to returning a product. All returns will be refunded via the original payment method (minus shipping costs), as long as the return meets our criteria. Please allow up to five business days for the refund to process once we have received and completed your return.

Please note that a 15% fulfillment cost will be charged for each product returned. If we receive a damaged or unsellable product, we will not process the return. Please note that any products returned without prior contact made to our facility will not be honored, and no refund will be processed. We handle all returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to deny any returns, exchanges, or
refunds.

Blind Box Items does not support returns or exchanges. However, if there are quality issues, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving the item for assistance. Should you need to return any item, it must be sent back in its original sealed packaging. Please pack the item carefully to avoid any damage during transit. If the returned item's packaging is incomplete or the product is damaged and such conditions are inconsistent with the photographic proof provided earlier, we reserve the right to reject the return and will not process a refund.

Should you identify any missing or incorrect items upon receiving your order, it's crucial to act promptly. Notify us within 3 business days post-delivery, ensuring you include the following:

For Action Figure and Model Toys Product
Once shipped, model products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. In the event of significant product defects, please reach out to us promptly. We will facilitate communication with the manufacturer for repair or accessory replacement. Please note that due to the complex nature and numerous components of these models, official repair times may extend up to approximately 3 weeks. We understand your eagerness and will regularly follow up on your behalf. For body replacements, only the entire body needs to be sent back. For accessory replacements, only the defective parts need to be returned, excluding packaging, shoes, socks, hands, etc.

We ensure meticulous packaging to protect your purchase during delivery. If you have specific concerns about the product's box, please consider this before purchase as we do not accept returns or exchanges based on box condition.

These handcrafted model products are collectible toys, not fine art pieces. Due to their handmade nature, minor imperfections are inevitable. This includes but is not limited to slight variations in individual pieces, minor scratches, loose joints, excess glue, minor dirt on clothing, uneven coloring, and other small manufacturing discrepancies. These are standard issues across the industry and do not constitute defects. Consequently, the manufacturer does not provide after-sales service for such issues, and our store bears no responsibility for them.

In cases of non-human-caused quality issues, please contact customer service for resolution. Due to the substantial size and weight of these items, transportation risks damaging the product or its original packaging. Additionally, once assembled, the products may exhibit wear and tear. We assure you that all products you receive are original and new directly from the manufacturer.

Some products may include a sealed plastic film on internal accessories. If this seal is broken, the item becomes ineligible for return or exchange due to its impact on resale. If quality issues arise after opening, we offer after-sales service for repair or accessory replacement. The entire box cannot be returned or exchanged.
