Standard Shipping
Orders are processed within an estimated 1-3 business days. Post this duration, based on your selected shipment method, delivery times may differ. It's pertinent to note that orders become fully traceable to the delivery address only post-customs clearance in the destination country. Please remember that the shipping duration is additional to our order processing time. Typically, expect: 14-21 business days for standard delivery.

Express Shipping
For our global clientele, we utilize UPS/DHL International Priority Service, ensuring a delivery window of 7-21 business days based on the provided address. These orders are entirely traceable from source to destination. Shipping durations are supplementary to our processing times. A brief guide for express shipping:
Canada: 5-10 business days
European Union: 4-10 business days (expedited delivery)
Australia: 4-10 business days (expedited delivery)
International: 7-21 business days

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International Orders may be subjected to duties and taxes, which are not encompassed within our international shipping rates. The responsibility of settling these fees upon package arrival lies with the customer. The necessity of these payments varies, contingent on the specific delivery service utilized.

PO Boxes / APO Addresses
For orders directed to a PO Box or APO address, we utilize USPS. Occasionally, USPS deliveries can extend up to 21 days, while international or APO shipments might take up to 8 weeks. Post dispatch via USPS, package tracking isn't feasible. For detailed tracking capabilities, we recommend a physical address provision.

Contact Information and Delivery Accountability
Providing accurate and accessible contact information during the checkout is paramount to ensure a seamless shipping and delivery process. Both the Hoop Jersey Store and our partnered shipping carriers rely on this information to communicate essential updates, delivery schedules, and in cases where clarifications or additional details are required.

Delivery Inspection
It is crucial to inspect the goods before signing for delivery.
Once the delivery is signed for, defining liability becomes challenging, and the delivery company may refuse compensation. Thoroughly check for any obvious damage to the goods before signing. If damage is present, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If the goods are signed for and damage is later discovered, the buyer assumes responsibility for any loss.

Carrier Delivery Failures
Should a situation arise where the carrier is unable to complete the delivery due to unresponsiveness or absence of the recipient, and if subsequent attempts to reach out by either the carrier or Hoop Jersey Store are ignored or refused, we want to make our customers aware of the implications.

In such scenarios, the order will be considered as successfully fulfilled, and Hoop Jersey Store cannot be held liable for non-delivery. It is incumbent upon the customer to be responsive to contacts, be it calls, emails, or messages, to facilitate effective delivery.

Handling and Reshipping Fees
Customers need to be aware that in instances where a parcel is returned due to the recipient’s unresponsiveness or refusal to communicate, there might be applicable handling fees and additional costs to reschedule and resend the order. These extra charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-orders
Anticipated arrival dates for pre-orders are delineated within the product specifics. Post-purchase, you'll receive a confirmation, followed by a shipping notification upon dispatch. Orders exclusively containing pre-orders will be shipped once the stock is available. For mixed orders with in-stock and pre-order items, dispatch will be executed once all items are available.

Order Integrity:
By placing an order with Hoop Jersey Store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms concerning the delivery and potential risks associated with shipping.

No Signature Requirement:
Depending on the location and shipping method you select, a signature may not be required upon delivery. Packages may be left at the delivery address either in the location you specified or another safe location chosen at the shipping service's discretion. Once the package is scanned as delivered and left at the address, it will be considered successfully delivered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoop Jersey Store will not be liable for any loss or damage that may be suffered due to any acts or omissions by the shipping carrier. This includes, but is not limited to:

A. Where the package is left at the delivery address as per your request or at a location deemed secure by the shipping service.

B. Where the package is left at the delivery address in a manner inconsistent with any specific delivery instructions you provided.

C. Where the package is not left at the delivery address and instead requires pickup from a designated location.

Transition
Hoop Jersey Store cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or tampered with during transit, regardless of whether a signature was obtained upon delivery.

Customs and International Deliveries
Customs clearance time frames are subject to the policies of each country's customs department. Hoop Jersey Store is not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs checks or other procedures, as these are externalities beyond our control. We are not responsible for any prolonged customs checks or hold-ups.

Recipient’s Address
We will not be responsible for any delays or issues attributable to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the recipient. Any such externalities are beyond our control.
